— The story of a man who turned AI into a prosthetic for his mind —
Chapter 8: What Actually Happens Inside a Coaching Session
In the previous chapter, I wrote:
👉 “When someone with a clear worldview uses AI, they can go infinitely further.”
So then—
👉 Where does that worldview actually come from?
👉 What really happens inside a session?
Today, I’ll answer that—based on real experiences.
■ What Happens in the First 30 Minutes
At the start of the session, I only ask one thing:
👉 “Tell me something that made you angry.”
Not your dreams.
Not your strengths.
Not your vision.
👉 Your anger.
The reason is simple:
- Dreams are often shaped to be presentable
- Strengths are things you’ve been praised for
But—
👉 Anger never lies.
- The moment you thought, “This is completely wrong”
- The moment your body reacted before your mind did
- The moment you wondered, “Why is no one saying this?”
👉 That’s where your core lives.
■ A Coach I Worked With
There was a coach.
12 years of experience.
Over 1,000 hours with clients.
The thing he was most angry about was—
👉 “The spread of shallow, surface-level coaching.”
Just certifications.
Just techniques.
Sessions designed to make people feel good—but not change.
👉 “Coaching is supposed to create real transformation.”
That belief had always been there.
But he never shared it.
Why?
👉 “I didn’t want to create enemies.”
■ What Happened Next
So I asked:
“When did that anger start?”
“…Maybe even before I became a coach.”
“What were you doing before that?”
“I worked in pharma sales. I hated group-thinking. I wanted to work by my own principles.”
👉 That’s when everything connected.
- Independent sales mindset
- Refusal to conform
- Frustration with shallow coaching
👉 It was all one line.
I told him:
👉 “Your worldview is ‘independence.’”
He went silent.
“…I’ve always lived that way. I just never had words for it.”
👉 That’s what we call structuring talent.
You don’t find it.
👉 It’s already there.
👉 It’s just scattered.
■ What Happens Next
Once the worldview is named, a new question appears:
👉 “What do you want AI to do?”
This is where people split.
Without a worldview, the answers sound like this:
- Write my content
- Automate replies
- Generate posts
👉 It stays at the level of tasks.
But with a worldview, the answer changes.
👉 “I want my philosophy to live on.”
That’s what he said.
👉 “I don’t want this to disappear.”
12 years of insight.
A refined philosophy of “being.”
But he couldn’t teach it directly.
👉 So we gave it to AI.
- His language patterns
- His questioning style
- His non-negotiable beliefs
👉 We structured it—and embedded it.
And then—
👉 His philosophy kept moving.
That’s the essence of an AI alter ego.
■ Another Case
A woman.
30 years at a major global corporation.
Handled decisions worth over 1.5 billion dollars.
Multilingual coach.
Personal coach.
Life coach.
On the surface, it looked scattered.
But I said:
👉 “Isn’t all of this about helping people in your generation unlock their potential?”
She paused.
👉 “…Yes. But I’ve never been able to say it like that.”
■ What “Being Unclear” Actually Means
She wasn’t confused.
👉 Everything was already there.
👉 She just didn’t have the words to unify it.
This happens especially to coaches.
- You adapt to others
- You enter their context
- You prioritize empathy
And slowly—
👉 You lose your own shape.
What we do in the session is simple:
👉 We redraw that shape.
■ The Moment AI Changes
Once the worldview is clear—
AI changes.
👉 It becomes a translator.
“Turn this conviction into words that resonate with people in their 40s and 50s.”
What we feed it:
👉 Anger. Belief. Non-negotiables.
What comes back:
👉 Words only that person could say.
It doesn’t dilute.
👉 It translates at the right intensity.
■ Let Me Ask You
Right now—
what are you feeding into AI?
- Content designed to perform
- Safe, correct language
- Neutral, acceptable ideas
Is that amplifying you?
Or—
👉 Is it amplifying your absence?
■ Final Thought
What I do is simple:
👉 Surface the anger
👉 Name the worldview
👉 Structure it so AI can carry it
That’s it.
It’s already inside you.
👉 It just hasn’t been expressed yet.
AI comes after that.
👉 Stand on your own first.
Then—
👉 AI will take you further than you can go alone.
