15 Minutes Every Morning. The AI Routine That Kills “But What Did I Actually Get Done Today?”

What’s the first thing you open in the morning?

Your phone. Social media. Email. Someone else’s wins from yesterday. A post from last night. Fifteen minutes gone before you’ve even started.

And just like that, your day begins — with your energy already drained.

This isn’t a willpower problem. It’s a design problem.

What changes when you stop opening social media first thing

Your brain is at its sharpest right after you wake up. Fill that window with other people’s content, and their priorities quietly overwrite yours.

So the first 15 minutes belong to you. Only you.

The steps are simple.

Drink a glass of water. Wash your face. Brush your teeth.

Sounds obvious. But there’s a reason for each one. These three things are a switch — they move your body into “today mode.” Wake the body before the mind.

Then let AI read your state

Once the body is awake, it’s time to clear the head.

What I do is a quick “state check” with AI.

Sometimes I have ChatGPT do a tarot reading for me. If that’s not your thing, use it as a coaching session instead. The format doesn’t matter.

The goal is one thing — put today’s inner state into words.

This prompt is all you need:

“Read my current state today with a tarot reading.”

Or if you’d rather use it as coaching, throw these three questions at your AI:

“Of all the hours I have today, how many spent on what I truly want to do would feel like a win? What would I be doing in that time?”

“If I wrote down every task on my plate right now, which one would make me exhale the most when it’s done?”

“What’s the single result that would let me say tonight — ‘that’s enough, I’m satisfied’?”

Answer all three, and the one thing worth doing today becomes clear.

Confirm the plan in the morning — not the night before

I decide what to do the night before. But I check in on that plan every morning.

Why?

Because what you decided last night was decided by last night’s version of you. Today’s energy, today’s mood, today’s body — those need a say. One small adjustment in the morning changes the whole shape of the day.

No more hesitation. No more getting lost mid-task. No more lying in bed at night wondering what actually moved forward.

What actually happens when you do this

After keeping this routine, here’s what I’ve experienced:

My active work time dropped to 2–3 hours a day. But the feeling of progress — that’s higher than it ever was when I was grinding 8-hour days.

The reason is simple. There’s only one thing to do today.

Eight hours, trying to do everything, finishing nothing. Two hours, doing one thing, finishing it.

Which one feels like a life? The answer is obvious.

If designing this alone feels hard

Building a morning routine is one thing. Figuring out where to focus your entire business — that’s a different problem.

Too many directions. None of them feel like the one. Moving every day, but unable to say what’s actually moving forward.

If that’s where you are, this is for you.

Soluna Nexus is a private strategy session where Hajime and his AI team work alongside you.

Here’s what you walk away with:

  • The chaos in your head gets structured by AI — and one clear axis emerges
  • “The one next move” gets named, through both human and AI eyes
  • The 8-hour workday gets redesigned into a 2–3 hour system — built with AI, built for you
  • A custom AI coach prompt, made specifically for you — so ChatGPT works as your personal coach, 24 hours a day

Human intuition and AI structural thinking, combined. That’s how SolunaProject works.

Take back the rest of your time. Use it on what you actually came here to do.
