Chapter 7: What Happens When Someone With a Worldview Uses AI
In the last chapter, I wrote this.
👉 “If you keep using AI without a core, you disappear.”
So what’s the opposite?
👉 What happens when someone with a worldview uses AI?
Here’s the answer.
👉 AI becomes a “translator.”
■ Same AI. Why Such Different Results?
Same tool. Same prompts. Completely opposite outcomes.
・One produces content anyone could write
・The other produces words only that person could write
The difference isn’t skill.
👉 It’s who is in the input.
AI is a mirror.
Feed it “correct answers,” it returns correct answers. Feed it noise, it returns noise.
And—
👉 Feed it your worldview, it returns your worldview.
■ What Happened to Me
I’ll be honest.
When I throw something to Hephaestus — my AI strategist — what comes back is always—
👉 “My words, made even more like me.”
It doesn’t dilute me.
👉 It concentrates me.
・Vague feelings become language ・Anger that couldn’t be expressed becomes philosophy ・Scattered convictions become a single line
This isn’t talent.
👉 It’s a structural matter.
My worldview is in the input. So AI amplifies me back.
In other words—
👉 If “you” aren’t in the input, AI has no choice but to return something that isn’t you.
■ What the “Translator” Actually Does
Inside all of us is something that hasn’t become words yet.
・Conviction ・Anger ・Aesthetic ・The feeling that “this is absolutely wrong”
You can’t hand this to people as-is.
It’s too concentrated. Too raw.
So what does AI do with it?
👉 It converts it into a form that reaches people.
Not diluting it.
👉 Translating it to the right concentration to be received.
That is AI’s true role.
■ Coaches Feel This Difference the Most
Coaches are especially at risk.
・Entering the client’s language ・Living inside the client’s context ・Drawing answers from within the client
Keep doing this and—
👉 Your own language disappears.
The better you are at connecting with clients, the more you leave your own worldview behind.
What happens when you use AI in that state?
AI amplifies the language you’ve spent years adapting to others.
👉 What gets amplified is a copy of someone else’s worldview.
Here’s where the split happens.
👉 Someone who has “words that reach people” 👉 Someone who only has “words adjusted for people”
They look similar. They are completely different.
The first is translation. The second is erasure.
👉 Only someone with a worldview can translate.
■ What Actually Changes
Worldview × AI changes reality.
① Your output changes
Not “will this resonate?” 👉 “Is this actually what I want to say?”
And yet — it reaches more people.
Because words that are honest to yourself are the ones that land.
② Your judgment changes
Not “what should I be doing?” 👉 “Is this right according to my core?”
Doubt disappears. Stillness arrives.
③ Your time changes
Thinking that used to take 8 hours takes minutes.
👉 You can spend your freed-up time only on what you’re truly here to do.
All of this has one prerequisite.
👉 Having a worldview.
■ A Question for You
What are you feeding into AI right now?
・Thinking about what your audience wants ・Choosing the “right-sounding” words ・Calculating what will be accepted before you even begin
If so—
👉 AI is not amplifying you.
👉 It’s amplifying your absence.
■ A Worldview Isn’t Something You Find
Let me correct a common misunderstanding.
👉 A worldview isn’t something you “discover.” 👉 It’s something you structure.
It’s already there. Just scattered. Just unformed.
・Things that made you angry ・Lines you refused to cross ・Convictions you believed in but never said out loud
That’s the raw material.
👉 All you need to do is excavate it, put it into language, and give it structure.
That’s the work I did with AI. And it has limits when done alone.
■ Finally
