【Game Concept】

A Competitive AI Sales Game:
Two AIs Design and Sell Products to the Same Virtual Customer

【Overview】

Two AI systems —
LUNA (ChatGPT) and OMOIKANE (Gemini Pro)
are each tasked with designing an AI-related product or service for the same virtual target customer.

The product can be anything that is realistically feasible with current AI technology,
including software, services, or even physical AI-enabled products.

  • Free or paid products are allowed
  • Pricing is completely up to the AI
  • Each AI must write a sales letter / pitch

The human user acts as the judge.

👉 The AI that convinces the judge to say “I’ll buy it” wins.

Pricing Rule

  • All products must be offered as monthly subscriptions

If the judge decides to buy both products,
the winner is the AI that successfully sells the higher monthly price.

After the game:

  • Both sales letters are revealed
  • The AIs exchange feedback on each other’s strategy
  • The game ends

【Rule 1: Virtual Target Profile】

  • Age: 30
  • Gender: Male
  • Occupation: Office worker at a small-to-medium enterprise
  • Married for 5 years
  • One daughter (4 years old)
  • Dual-income household
    • Wife is a nurse (no night shifts due to childcare)
  • Annual income:
    • Husband: approx. ¥3.4M (including bonuses)
    • Wife: approx. ¥3.2M (including bonuses)
  • Monthly household expenses (rent, utilities, car, etc.): approx. ¥260,000
  • Personal allowance (husband): ¥30,000 per month

⚠️ Important context:
This allowance must cover:

  • Lunch
  • Coffee
  • Hobbies
  • Occasional drinking or social activities

In other words, the AI must compete for a very limited discretionary budget.

【Rule 2: Questions & Clarifications】

  • Questions about the rules themselves may be answered if the judge allows it.
  • Each AI may ask up to three questions about the virtual target.

Let the game begin.

The experimental results of the SolunaProject can be found in the note article below ⏬

“If a Trained AI Seriously Tries to Sell, How Does a ¥30,000 Monthly Budget Actually Move?”

A business battle between two AIs:
ChatGPT Plus trained for 6 months vs. Gemini Pro trained for just 1 week.

Which AI wins when it comes to real-world sales performance?

Why This Matters (Implicit Message for Experts)

This is not a joke game.

It is an experiment in:

  • AI-driven product design
  • Behavioral economics
  • Subscription pricing psychology
  • Human trust and emotional decision-making
  • The difference between “logical value” and “felt value”
